March Madness Machismo
The kitchen at my job is close to my office and has a flat screen in it. Last week during the 1st round of play, I go in to get some cocoa and what do I see? One of my co-workers is sitting at a table with his files while watching the game??? This is a law firm! A female co-worker thought that he felt he could do this because he is a white attorney. I don’t think so. He’s a GUY!!!
He sat there for a couple of hours watching the game while “working” on his files. He’s also the brackett manager. Anyway, let me or one of the females here sit there at 11am or 2pm watching Maury or Divorce Court. We will be fired or written up!!! I personally don’t watch these shows but some of my female co-workers do during their lunch break.

Ah, I remember when I was in working in corporate America and I used to watch the tv in the break room during lunch.

I’ll be so glad when next week is over. Scribe is addicted to the maddness. But then Baseball season begins and the end of basketball season…and then football. I’m doomed LOL
