Fresh
All of a sudden over the last 6 months or so, my family has revolted against spinach. I thaw it out (b/c of course it’s frozen!!! Don’t judge me!) and add a little salt and butter. Only my baby eats it. My 5 year-old is suddenly allergic to it (so he says) and my husband offered no explanation other than he was never really that “into it”. Hmmph!
Until…The past two weeks I’ve been buying fresh spinach, sauteeing in a little olive oil with a dash of salt. My husband LOVES it! It’s amazing. Even J tolerates it. It’s so easy to prepare and it really does have a totally different taste than frozen.
Oh, fresh green zuchinni is a staple in our…made pretty much the same as the spinach. However, add a few fennel seeds and pepper and your MONEY!

ewww…I can’t eat either LOL
But I have a great recipe for Spinach quiche

No matter how you cook it, I cannot stand spinach. My jaws are locking up now just thinking about it.

chicken broth - cook it in chicken broth it will help - gives it mvoe flavor.. and try it creamed too.
